Q. For how long does the disc hold its charge, in other words, for how long is the disc guaranteed to be fully effective?
A. For Approx 2 years – experience has shown it to last longer.


Q. Does it gradually lose its effectiveness? And is this related to the amount of usage?
A. No, it does not seem to lose effectiveness and usage does not affect the disc. The properties of the materials have changed due to the treatment in the chamber – thus you have a “new” material that has health benefits as seen from all the testimonials.


Q. Is the disc affected by magnetic fields or computers, etc.?
A. No, these discs are not affected by magnetic fields or computers – in this case, the stainless steel is non-magnetic. On the contrary, these discs will have a protective function against harmful magnetic fields such as those from computers and electro-smog.


Q. Why is stainless steel used?
A. It does not tarnish like other metals. Furthermore, we have found that people use these discs all over their bodies – stainless steel is easiest to wash and clean for continued sanitary use.


Q. What happens if I drop the disc? Can it be adversely affected in any other way?
A. Nothing will happen to the properties of the disc when you drop it. It will not work if you melt the disc or weld/solder onto the disc – this excessive heat will change the properties.


Q. Are the results of treatment long lasting? Or does it merely relieve symptoms temporarily?
A. Long lasting? Potentially. But the disc will be no different to any other medication or treatment in the sense that it is never medication or treatment alone that will bring about the desired result or even eliminate the cause of the disorder. Healing must always be considered from a holistic point of view and this disc represents only part of a much bigger healing picture – body, mind and spirit. True healing will only come about when people are prepared to make the personal shifts and changes that are required – e.g.: hydration, diet, exercise, mindset, habits, prayer & faith, self-love, natural medication, etc


Q. Can other people use my disc without being affected by any negative influences of my own problems it is treating, and vice verse?
A. It is better to use your disc for yourself – this is mainly a sanitary concern, but there is a possibility that negativity can be transferred. So, before handing the disc to anybody else, clean it with soap and water. If you are energetically aware, it is always good to cleanse it like you would any crystal or objects you receive.


Q. Are there any side effects? Or, as with many natural treatments, does one first experience an aggravation of symptoms before one experiences relief?
A. We have not had anybody come back to us and report any ill effects from using the disc. If HEALTH is a side effect, there are many! In a few instances, the condition of the complaint got slightly worse before it got better - in any healing this is possible due to the body detoxing. What some people have discovered is that they do not need to wear it all the time, and use it on an on and off basis.

Of course, there are only a handful of people who have said that the disc does not work for them – they have normally been the people who from the beginning have believed it will not work. Two other examples are from a person with a broken back and a girl with pins in her ankle – here the symptoms were as a result of gross physical damage and the disc won’t necessarily repair these. The fact that these two people still benefit from a health point of view is for sure – the drinking water they treat with the disc and the effects on their bodies is still very beneficial.


Q. Is the disc affected by extremes of temperature?
A. The Tri-Vortex™ Disc will operate in more extreme temperatures than the human body can endure. If by extreme you mean melting it or treating it with liquid nitrogen, yes it will be affected.
